Lists for Custom Item Attributes

There are item attribute types that offer you a selection of predefined entries. You can create as many such lists as you want and assign them to suitable item attributes globally or specifically to workspaces or projects.

• Managing Custom Lists: You can add custom lists that you can then assign to the custom properties of a corresponding item type.

• Exporting Custom Lists: You can export custom lists to specially formatted XML files that you can import into another Allegra instance. Only self-defined global lists can be exported, not standard lists like status and item type.

• Importing Custom Lists: You can import custom lists from a specially formatted XML file that you have received from another Allegra instance or created manually.

• Import Rules for Lists: You can export custom lists to XML files and import custom lists from XML files. There are some rules that govern the import process when importing already existing lists.
