Training Management#
Some testing instruments require special training for the operating personnel, so that the capability analysis of the testing instruments cannot only be limited to technical characteristics such as linearity, accuracy, stability, traceability, and repeatability, but must also include the users of the testing instruments.
Other process areas may also require regular training for the affected employees. Some training is mandated by law.
Implementation#
To implement training management in Allegra, proceed as follows:
Create a process type “Training”.
For each regularly required training, create a process with a recurring appointment. You can set the interval as you like.
For each of these processes, assign the employees to be trained as “Readers”.
After the training is completed, add the participant list as an attachment.
