Step 2: Check your system configuration#

  1. Make sure you move the following test.php file to the proper location.

    <?php echo "Allegra is here"; ?>

  2. Call the desired Allegra SD URL like https://www.yourdomain.com/service-desk/test.php and see if you get the expected response.

  3. If you do, remove test.php.

  4. Unzip the Allegra SD ZIP file that you downloaded earlier.

  5. Also remove the ZIP file.
