What is Allegra Service Desk?

Allegra SD is a simplified, fully responsive web client for the Allegra project management system. Its easy-to-use interface makes it a viable solution for people who need to work with the Allegra system but do not want to be exposed to the complexity of the system, such as in a service desk or ticketing system context.

Virtually all configuration is handled by the Allegra server, no local configuration is required other than the connection URL to the Allegra server. Allegra SD can be included in any website running a PHP interpreter. It consists of a single ZIP file that must be unpacked to the correct server location.
