Milestone Trend Analysis

This graphical cockpit widget allows you to monitor the schedule development of important items over time.

Before you can use this widget, it must be configured. Switch to the cockpit and click on the “Configure Cockpit” button.

Follow the general procedure to configure the described cockpit, see Working with the Cockpit.

From the list of cockpit widgets on the right, select “Milestone Trend Analysis” and drag it to the desired location in the cockpit.

Then right-click on the new widget and select “configure”.

You select a filter that only gives you the items (milestones) you are interested in for their schedule development.

Then you set the report interval. For example, to represent the due date of the item as it was published at the end of each week, select “weekly” here.

Now you also set the reporting period, e.g. from the start of a project to its end.
