Email templates for the customer portal#
Allegra can automatically send emails when items are created or changed. The system also sends emails for registration and password resets. The underlying templates can be modified as you wish.
To add or edit email templates, go to Administration > Customize > Email templates in the Administration perspective.
There are a number of predefined events that trigger emails. These include, among others:
welcoming a new user after registration
an item was created by email
password recovery
