Email Templates for Customer Portal#

Allegra can automatically send emails when creating and modifying items. The system also sends emails during registration or when resetting passwords. The underlying templates can be changed as desired.

To add or edit email templates, go to Administration > Customize > Email Templates in the administration perspective.

There are a series of predefined events that trigger emails. These include:

  • Welcoming a new user after registration

  • Item created by email

  • Password recovery
