Scrum overview

The Scrum perspective offers a number of views that let you work according to the Scrum method.

Whereas Allegra provides you with a user-centered view across all your projects almost everywhere, the Scrum view requires you to select a specific project you want to work on. All views relate to this project. The main menu mirrors your typical Scrum workflow:

• You create a project

• You assign people to the project team

• You create a product backlog

• You collect user stories or epics in the backlog

• You define sprints, assign user stories to the sprints, and break them down into tasks

• Team members pick up the tasks and work on them.

• You monitor work progress with the burndown chart
