Allegra can send you messages when an item is created or changed, to which you have a relationship. This relationship can be:
You have created the item, i.e. you are the author
You are the current responsible for the item
You are the current manager of the item
You are an observer of the item (Editor or Reader)
Events that trigger a notification are

The triggered notification is not yet sent, but must pass a notification filter. This examines attributes of the associated item before and after the change and allows suitable notifications to pass. These are then sent to the user.
A notification assignment therefore consists of a notification trigger and a notification filter. You can create any number of triggers and filters as well as notification configurations.
