Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)#
Because of its features and structure, Allegra is predestined as the central tool for scalable agile process models such as SAFe.
Almost all agile process models suffer from insufficient scalability and are limited to undertakings with team sizes of 10 people or fewer. Most of them are also software-heavy and do not account for the process elements required in system and hardware development. Allegra supports processes based on the SAFe model through the following core features:
Arbitrary hierarchical structuring of workspaces
Arbitrary hierarchical structuring of items
Arbitrary linking of items, even across workspaces
Comprehensive cross-workspace reporting
Full support for Scrum and Kanban
Cross-workspace agile boards (Kanban boards)
Strong support for requirements management
Teams, programs, large solutions, and portfolios
The Scaled Agile Framework aims to make the essential advantages of the team-oriented agile approach scalable to larger undertakings.

Besides hierarchical structuring as the strongest way to link items, Allegra can also relate arbitrary items to one another across workspaces using freely definable link types.

Allegra provides functions at every level that let you quickly get an overview and work with the items you are interested in.
