Overview and navigation

Allegra provides functions at every level that let you quickly get an overview and work with the items you are interested in.

For this purpose, “perspectives” are available for various use cases, offering views tailored to their respective purpose. At the team level this is primarily the Scrum perspective, which supports the agile workflow for a team. At the program and portfolio levels these are primarily the task management perspective and the project management perspective. Apart from the Scrum perspective, all perspectives allow you to display and edit items across workspaces.

A central element for editing and navigation is the item overview. It offers different views, including an agile board and a Kanban board. All views allow you to display and edit items across workspaces.
