Deleting roles

As a system administrator or system manager, you can delete roles.

1. Go to Administration > Users & Groups > Workspace Roles.

2. Click the role, then click Delete in the toolbar (or in the context menu).

Allegra revokes all permissions that were granted through this role.

Attention

If you remove a user’s only role for a workspace, that workspace becomes invisible and inaccessible to them.
