Account states#

The account state lets you control whether an account can be used to post work or expenses to it.
By default, Allegra offers two account states:
open
closed
Accounts that have been closed cannot be used to post new expenses. However, all expenses already posted to them remain visible.
Go to
Administration>Miscellaneous>Accounting>Account states.
Click the
Addbutton to add a new state. Select a state and clickEditto change a state. Click theDeletebutton to delete a state.
