Custom lists#

You add custom lists for selection fields and assign them to custom attributes of suitable item types.

  • For a global list, go to Administration > Items > Custom selection options.

  • For a workspace-specific list, go to Administration > Workspaces > Manage workspaces > [workspace] > Lists.

  • There, you change, copy, add, or delete a selection list.

  • You can assign an icon (16 × 16 px, GIF or PNG) to every list and every list entry.

  • You can assign a CSS style to every list entry that formats items in the item overview.

  • You can define a list entry as the preselection.

  • You reorder the list entries by drag and drop — the order in the user interface follows the order here.

  • When you delete a custom list, Allegra only hides it. Items referencing this list retain all information.
