Broadcasting emails to Allegra users

The system administrator can send broadcast emails to Allegra users.

To send a broadcast email, go to Administration > Server administration > Send email.

On the screen displayed, you can select users from the list of available users by selecting departments and selecting or deselecting individual users.

Add an email subject and body text. Then send the email by clicking the Send button in the toolbar area.
