Keyboard shortcuts#

In many places, keyboard shortcuts speed up your work. On Windows, the following combinations are available:

  • Ctrl+Shift+F1: show the keyboard shortcuts menu

  • Ctrl+Shift+H: go to the cockpit

  • Ctrl+Shift+W: go to the workspace cockpit

  • Ctrl+Shift+N: go to the item browser

  • Ctrl+Shift+I: create an item

  • Ctrl+Shift+A: go to the Administration perspective

  • Ctrl+Shift+S: save changed values directly

  • Ctrl+Shift+Z: load the original state in the Gantt view

With Ctrl+Shift++ you quickly create a new item when the cursor is in the item list and you have chosen a workspace as the main filter. Allegra takes the attribute values from the workspace defaults. For this, direct editing must be enabled in your user profile.

With Ctrl+Shift+- you close an item.
